Terms and refunds
Last updated November 5, 2026
This website is run by Alpha Innovation Incorporated, operating as Alpha Innovation Storage. These terms cover using the website and summarize how booking, payments, cancelling and refunds work. When you rent a stall, the storage agreement you sign is the contract between us: if anything here differs from your signed agreement, the agreement applies. You can see and print your signed agreement in your account at any time.
Booking a stall
- Pick an open stall on the map, fill in your details, sign the storage agreement and pay. The stall is held for you for about 30 minutes while you pay; if payment isn't completed, it's released.
- A booking link from our office or our phone assistant holds the stalls it names until the date in the link.
- Prices are per month, in Canadian dollars, plus GST.
- Your first payment covers your start date to the end of that month. After that, month-to-month rent is due on the 1st of each month.
- An 8- or 12-month prepaid term is paid in full when you book, at a lower monthly rate locked for the term.
- You must store only what's listed in your agreement, keep it insured, and show photo ID and proof of insurance when you move in.
Payments
- Card payments are taken on Stripe's secure payment page. We never see your card number.
- For month-to-month rentals paid by card, your card is charged automatically on the 1st of each month unless you untick automatic payments when you book. You can change the card or turn automatic payments off in your account.
- If an automatic payment is declined, we'll email and text you a link to update your card, and try your card once more a few days later.
- At the office we accept cash, cheque or e-transfer. We don't have a card or debit machine: to pay by card, use your account online.
- Late payment: $10 per day while any amount is overdue (section 3 of the agreement).
- A cheque or other payment returned by your bank: a $45 returned-payment (NSF) fee, the amount is owing again, and we may stop accepting cheques from you (section 3).
- Unpaid accounts can lose gate access and are handled under sections 15 to 18 of the agreement.
Cancelling and moving out
- Month-to-month: give notice in your account (or in writing to the office). Rentals end on the last day of a month: notice given on the 1st ends that month; notice given later in the month ends the following month. Rent for that last month is payable in full (rent isn't prorated for partial months).
- 8- or 12-month prepaid: the term runs to its end date. Near the end you'll choose to renew, switch to month-to-month, or move out; if you don't choose, it continues month-to-month at the current monthly price. You can end early, but prepaid rent isn't refunded.
- When you move out, remove everything, clean the space and return any gate fob. Your rental closes once our staff confirm the stall is empty.
Refunds
- Month-to-month: any rent you paid ahead that isn't used when your rental ends is refunded after we confirm you've moved out.
- Prepaid terms: no refund for leaving before the end of the term. If you paid twice or paid too much by mistake, we'll refund the overpayment.
- Card refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. Other refunds are paid by cheque or e-transfer.
- Questions about a charge? Contact us first: we'll sort it out.
Using this website
- Give accurate information, and keep your account password to yourself. You're responsible for what's done in your account.

- We try to keep the website accurate and available, but it may sometimes be unavailable or contain mistakes; prices and availability are confirmed when you book.
- How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy policy.
- Saskatchewan law applies to these terms and to your storage agreement.
